Zhengzuan has always focused on the R&D and manufacturing of technical products in the field of high-end precision manufacturing. Along the way, we has made continuous use of our own advantages to develop industry standards, filled in the technical gap in the industry, and gradually cast the benchmark of domestic cutting tools while offering our fist products and technical supporting solutions to customers.
On December 22nd, 2021, two industrial technical standards which are formulated by Zhengzuan, namely, welded polycrystalline diamond spiral tooth end mills and welded polycrystalline diamond ball end mills, were approved and promulgated by the Ministry of industry and information technology. The two standards will be formally implemented nationwide from April 1, 2022, marking a new step in the standardized work of Zhengzuan.
Up to now, Zhengzuan has taken charge of formulating 11 machinery industry standards
The two national awards affirmed the strength of Zhengzuan in the field of high-end precision tools, and laid a firm foundation for Zhengzuan to establish a domestic tool benchmark.
Zhengzuan successfully passed the review of "national manufacturing single champion demonstration enterprise" and recast the domestic tool benchmark.
On November 8th, 2021, the Ministry of industry and information
technology of China and the China Economy and Industry Federation
announced the list of the third batch of manufacturing individual
champions that passed the review, and Zhengzuan was listed again.
This is the second time that Zhengzuan won this honor after becoming
the first national single champion demonstration enterprise in the
super hard tool segment industry on November 1st, 2018.

Compared with similar imported tools from abroad, the products not only realize the catch-up of tool life and machining accuracy, but also continuously shorten the average supply cycle of the products. The tool grinding and remanufacturing capacity is leading in the industry. The high-efficiency product supply cycle and rapid response technical service capacity ensure that we can meet the urgent market demand of users in various fields of industrial manufacturing for high-end precision tools.
