The double feed honing head is composed of honing head body, two sets of expanding tool mechanism installed alternately, positioning spring, basic honing (semi-finishi honing) base, flat top honing (finish honing) base, base honing bar, flat top honing bar and measuring mechanism.

Honing bar uses diamond abrasive material, diamond honing bar has strong wear resistance, good stability and machinability, which can effectively improve the processing efficiency and greatly prolong the tool life.

The cutting edge is specially treated to ensure the sharpness of honing bar in use.
