Crankshaft hole coaxiality ≤ φ 0.015mm, cylindricity ≤0.007mm, roundness ≤0.006mm
Connecting rod hole, gear inner hole, oil pump hole cylindricity ≤0.007mm, roundness ≤0.006mm.

The production of ultra-small hole grinding tools is a bidirectional test for tool manufacturers and users. The minimum hole can be processed is φ 4, dimensional precision ≤0.0025mm, roundness ≤0.003mm, cylindricity ≤0.007mm, roughness ≤Ra0.2, straightness ≤0.001mm.

Honing has great machining efficiency for some difficult machining materials with high surface requirements, such as rocker arms, gears, bearings, and some special industry parts and curve surfaces grinding. Especially it is a good choice for cost down of hole machining.
