【PCD material characteristics】

Polycrystalline diamond (PCD) is sintered and pressed by diamond with different particle sizes and binders. Because of its small affinity with non-ferrous and non-metallic materials, PCD is mainly used for cutting non-ferrous and non-metallic materials.

According to its organization, it can be classified as follows:

CKD85 is sintered from ultra-fine diamond particles, with high wear resistance and medium impact strength.

CKD13 is sintered from fine diamond particles. It has excellent wear resistance and can obtain good cutting edges. It is suitable for semi finishing and finishing.

CKD10 is sintered from high content of medium and fine diamond particles and has extremely high wear resistance.

CKD15 is sintered from larger diamond particles, with extremely high wear resistance and strong impact resistance.
