"Integrated die-casting molding process and equipment" is included in the national key research and development plan

A few days ago, the public service platform of the National Science and Technology Management Information System released a draft for comments on the 2022 project application guidelines for key special projects of 44 national key R&D plans. Among them, "Integrated Bearing Body Die-Casting Molding Process and Equipment" in the key special project of "High-performance Manufacturing Technology and Major Equipment" was selected.

 

#Research content: Study the performance regulation mechanism of new heat-free high-strength and tough die-casting aluminum alloy materials; break through multi-material integrated body multi-objective optimization design, super-large complex thin-wall die-casting mold/process, large-scale body integrated die-casting and environmental parts connection and other key technologies; research and development of integrated structural parts of new energy passenger vehicles and their die-casting molding processes; research and development of super-large intelligent die-casting complete sets of equipment to achieve demonstration applications in the lower body of new energy passenger vehicles.

#Assessment indicators:

The tensile strength of the new heat-free high-strength and high-plastic die-casting aluminum alloy material is ≥270MPa, the yield strength is ≥135MPa, and the elongation rate is ≥12%; to complete the development of the aluminum alloy die-casting lower body, and corresponding to traditional steel plate punching and welding parts, the weight reduction is not less than 10%; complete the development of super-large intelligent die-casting equipment, the maximum clamping force (T) of the die-casting unit is ≥ 10,000 tons, and the shortest pressure build-up time is ≤ 28ms; complete the construction of an intelligent demonstration production line for integrated lower body die-casting parts, and the designed production capacity 100,000 pieces/year, the qualified rate of lower body die-casting products is ≥90%. Technical maturity ≥ 8; formulate relevant group, industry or national technical standards ≥ 3 items.
