The two industry standards of Zhengzuan have been approved and promulgated by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China

On December 22^nd, 2021, the two industry technical standards of "Welded PCD spiral end mill" and "Welded PCD ball end mill" formulated by Zhengzuan were approved and promulgated by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The two standards will be officially implemented nationwide from April 1, 2022, marking a new level of our company's standardization work. Up to now, Zhengzuan has presided over the formulation of 11 machinery industry standards and two national standards.

The promulgation of these 2 standards have added two new superhard material tool technical standards for the entire machinery industry standard. Especially under the development trend of lightweight automobiles, "Welded PCD spiral end mill" and "Welded PCD ball end mill" as the typical representatives of high-speed milling of aluminum alloy materials, will be used more and more widely. The promulgation of these standards have unified the specifications for the type, size and technical requirements of products, clarified the the unified design standards of these two types of products, and also embodies the collective wisdom of the development of the entire tool industry.

Based on this standard, Zhengzuan will launch more high-speed milling technology products represented by ME38 series PCD corn end mills and MEA30, MEA30S series PCD ball end mills. In the future, Zhengzuan will aim at technology standardization and service standardization, and continue to work hard for the development and progress of the industry.
